Our client is looking for a HR Operations Manager who can enable high-performance by turning multiple manual people workflows into automation, build reports and turn people data into real business intelligence to inform business, client and people growth. They use Notion as a core tool within their efficiency suite, so working to expand the people services via their HRIS and Notion are all part of this remit.
You will architect how workflows through the business, looking after the whole of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, then offboarding and everything in-between. You will effectively manage payroll and benefits provider data and drive our internal people development cycles and programmes.
