Drive media performance by combining deep platform expertise with technology, automation, and AI. The Media Activation & Optimisation Director is responsible for maximising how clients activate and optimise media across platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- This role combines hands-on expertise in digital media buying with a strong understanding of ad-tech partners such as Innovid and DoubleVerify.
- You’ll focus on identifying practical ways to improve performance, streamline workflows, and scale best practices across markets.
- You’ll be the practitioner who knows: "This platform just launched capability X, Smartly can automate Y, Innovid can solve Z, and if we combine them correctly we can improve performance and remove half the manual work."
- Define and scale buying best practices across major media platforms.
- Drive adoption of Smart Bidding and platform-native optimisation capabilities.
- Maximise the value of ad tech partners including Smartly, Innovid, and DoubleVerify.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve activation workflows.
- Translate platform and technology innovations into scalable solutions for markets and agencies.
- Partner with agencies to continuously improve activation quality, efficiency and performance.
