Our client is a leading independent media agency known for their award-winning approach to their people, clients and delivering impactful media-firsts.

Reporting into the Department Head, we’re looking for a Business Director to join initially on a maternity cover, who will work across leading brands in the charity and retail sectors, ensuring fantastic client-service and strong cross media knowledge across paid, owned, earned and shared channels.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading multiple client accounts from brief to strategy, planning, implementation and measurement, ensuring a high quality of service throughout
  • Developing the strategic proposition based on the client’s objectives and varied planning cycles
  • Representing the needs of the client internally, being the go-to between the client and channel specialists
  • With support from junior members of the team, delivering year round planning for your clients
  • Contribute to new business and wider agency people and culture initiatives

Experience and skills you’ll need to have

  • Experience in a senior cross media comms planning role, understanding digital media, as well as AV, OOH and Radio
  • Ideally previous experience having worked with charity clients
  • Demonstrable analytical, strategic thinking and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead and inspire those around you
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience managing, inspiring and coaching
  • Comfortable working in an agile and fast-paced environment
