?? Β£27,051.44 - Β£28,900 per year (depending on experience)
?? Full Time - 37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday, shifts include days, evenings, nights and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll:
? Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
? Build positive, trusting relationships
? Encourage people to achieve personal goals, access education, employment and community opportunities
? Work alongside healthcare professionals, families and support networks
? Promote mental and physical wellbeing
? Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
? Learn and apply therapeutic approaches including Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care
