At Response, we know that safe, stable housing can transform someone’s life — especially for people facing mental health challenges or housing insecurity. When someone has a place to call home, everything else becomes possible.
As our Housing Team Manager, you’ll be at the heart of that mission. Why This Role Matters
Your leadership will shape the everyday experience of residents who rely on our housing services. You’ll make sure they’re supported not just with the practicalities of tenancy, but with the confidence, skills and stability they need to build a brighter future. Some days you’ll be coaching staff through complex situations. Other days you’ll be reviewing KPIs, meeting commissioners, or helping a resident take a meaningful step towards independence. Every day, you’ll be part of someone’s recovery journey — and that’s powerful.

You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares — about the work, about each other, and about the people we support.
