Make a Real Difference Every Day as a Mental Health Support Worker in Transitional Support, Oxford.
£28,938 - £32,214 per annum (depending on experience). 37 hours per week | Monday – Friday, inclusive of bank holidays, occasional evening & weekends, with occasional covering of shifts. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota as part of this role.

- Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Encourage people to achieve personal goals, access education, employment and community opportunities
- Work alongside healthcare professionals, families and support networks
- Promote mental and physical wellbeing
- Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment
- Learn and apply therapeutic approaches including Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care
