The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced

Domestic Gas Engineer to join their growing Housing Association team, delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, landlord gas safety inspections and boiler installations across social housing properties throughout London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor offering a stable workload, ongoing training and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out boiler servicing, repairs and fault finding.
  • Complete CP12 Landlord Gas Safety inspections.
  • Install and replace domestic boilers and heating systems.
  • Diagnose heating and hot water faults.
  • Complete job reports using a mobile PDA.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.
  • Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and health & safety requirements.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

Essential Requirements

  • Current ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT and relevant modules).
  • Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers.
  • Boiler installation experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
