The Role Our client is looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their growing Housing Association team, delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, landlord gas safety inspections and boiler installations across social housing properties throughout London. Key Responsibilities Carry out boiler servicing, repairs and fault finding. Complete CP12 Landlord Gas Safety inspections. Install and replace domestic boilers and heating systems. Diagnose heating and hot water faults. Complete job reports using a mobile PDA. Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties. Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and health safety requirements. Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota. Essential Requirements Current ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT and relevant modules). Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers. Boiler installation experience.
