The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their growing Housing Association team, delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, landlord gas safety inspections and boiler installations across social housing properties throughout London.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out boiler servicing, repairs and fault finding.
- Complete CP12 Landlord Gas Safety inspections.
- Install and replace domestic boilers and heating systems.
- Diagnose heating and hot water faults.
- Complete job reports using a mobile PDA.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in occupied properties.
- Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
Essential Requirements
- Current ACS Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT and relevant modules).
- Proven experience servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers.
- Boiler installation experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
- G3 Unvented qualification.
- Social housing or housing association experience.
- Manufacturer training (Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Baxi or similar).
