We are currently recruiting for a knowledgeable Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator to work a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract for a leading client in Leatherhead. As a knowledgeable Warehouse and Logistics Co-Ordinator, you will undertake the following: Create works orders and pick stock for set building requirements. Process orders for customers, including loading works orders as required. Complete works orders and book finished goods into stock. Prepare loan sets for use and dispatch using the client's ERP system. Pick instruments, implants, samples, and other goods, then pack and dispatch as directed. Ship and track loan sets as required, liaising with hospitals, distributors, and sales representatives where necessary. Maintain UK consignment stock records. Ensure all stock transactions are processed accurately to maintain stock integrity at all times. Perform regular cycle counts in accordance with Company Policies. Receive loan instrument and implant sets back into stock. Inspect instrumentation for functionality, missing parts, and cleanliness using approved checklists. Generate delivery documentation, including packing lists, delivery notes, and shipping paperwork as required. Archive completed works orders, ensuring all have been completed correctly.
