Our client is a leading Industrial Mechanical and Electrical Engineering company based in Harlow. With over a century of expertise, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional engineering solutions to our clients. We are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
This role is a mix of office-based work and site visits. You will lead a small team of Mechanical Engineers across multiple client sites, overseeing the repair and servicing of:
- 3-phase motors
- Fan units
- Water pumps and pump systems
- A wide range of industrial mechanical equipment
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Site Engineers
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and resolve issues
- Produce accurate and timely quotations
- Maintain excellent client communication and provide progress updates
- Recruit and onboard new team members as required
- Lead the technical development of staff, including annual appraisals
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and safe systems of work
