Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process, adhering to business standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and verifications of parts at various stages within the business.
  • Prepare and report on first article inspections.
  • Manage non-conformance processes for both suppliers and customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions, including rework of parts.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and production targets.
  • Support the integration of quality into the manufacturing cycle.
  • Act as an approved signatory for the release of related quality processes.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A solid background in engineering.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Technical knowledge and experience within the aerospace sector are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a quality control environment is preferred.
  • Recent experience with First Article Inspection.
  • Auditing experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills, including programming of Laser Measuring Machines.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 06:45 - 16:30
