Our client is seeking a candidate for an immediate start for a fixed 3 month period. The candidate can either be a post part 2 architectural assistant, newly qualified architect or Architect. This is primarily to support the short-term delivery on several local projects, including residential and commercial projects, but may include support on other projects we undertake within the business depending upon candidates' experience.

Experience: Post Part 2 Assistant / Newly Qualified Architect / Architect
You will work under the supervision of senior staff. Duties of the role include:
- Ability to liaise with other members of external & internal team
- Ability to produce detailed architectural drawings packages to support planning applications and building control applications
- Ability to produce colour rendered plans/elevations to support planning applications
- Proficient in using AutoCad / Adobe Photoshop / InDesign essential (Sketchup desirable)
