Salary: £38,759.76 per annum (rising after probation)

Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00 | Friday 08:00-13:30

Pay Frequency: Weekly - every Thursday

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering CNC Machinist who holds milling and turning experience. You will work for a well-run and established organisation within the engineering and manufacturing sector, who are looking to offer a permanent position for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for a high achieving and ambitious engineer to join a proactive and efficient maintenance team.

Candidate Specification

  • Able to work within a busy workshop environment
  • Experience in using machines, lathes, milling machines, radial drills and vertical / horizontal machines
  • Experienced in CNC programming
  • Engineering background
  • Team Player
  • Initiative to work independently

Qualifications

  • Time served as an apprentice / holding the relevant supporting certification
  • CNC programming experience is essential
