Response Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading name in high-performance motorsport manufacturing, for a Pattern Finisher (Melt Out Technician).
This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced, precision-driven environment, supporting the production of high-quality composite components used in Formula 1. You'll play a key part in ensuring patterns, moulds, and castings are finished to the highest standards, contributing directly to performance-critical engineering.
