Facilities and Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Facilities & Compliance Manager for our growing client based in Greenford, Middlesex. As Facilities & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and upkeep of the site, ensuring a safe, efficient, and secure working environment. Key areas of focus will include: ● Site Maintenance & Operations – Oversee the general upkeep of the building, warehouse, office spaces, and yard, including repairs, infrastructure improvements, and contractor management. ● Security & Compliance – Maintain CCTV, alarm systems, access controls, ● Health & Safety Compliance, including risk assessments,training,review and accident reporting. ● Services & Facilities Management – Manage essential contracts (e.g., cleaning, waste disposal, pest control, forklifts, and HVAC systems), ensuring operational efficiency and value. ● ISO 9001 & BRC Compliance – Support the maintaining of these standards where site and facilities compliance required ● Emergency Preparedness – Act as the first point of contact for emergency issues and implement proactive measures to prevent operational disruptions. ● IT & Infrastructure Support – Oversee the day-to-day operational reliability of IT systems, including networks, cabling, and telephone systems. ● Site Improvement Projects – Lead initiatives for cost savings, energy efficiency, process improvements, and ongoing site development. ● Estate Shared Services – Manage the maintenance of the surrounding estate, including road surfaces, landscaping, lighting, and security.
