Working alongside the sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting pricing requests, managing quotations and keeping customer and contract information up to date. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and a professional approach to their work. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support Executive Providing administrative support to the sales team. Managing partner deal registrations through email and online portals. Assisting with pricing requests and gathering costs for customer quotations. Supporting internet and data connectivity pricing enquiries. Reviewing contract renewals, obtaining pricing and preparing quotations. Monitoring and updating renewal information within the CRM system. Maintaining accurate records, reports and spreadsheets. Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and partners to support sales activities. Learning and using internal systems and processes to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The Ideal Candidate: Sales Support Executive Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
