Job Summary As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, and quality assurance functions.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the business while contributing to the company's long-term strategic growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving efficiency, quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
You will oversee manufacturing, quality and regulatory standards, and ensure the site operates safely and effectively.
Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will use data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practice initiatives, and support the delivery of exceptional service to customers.
You will also lead, coach, and develop your teams, creating a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
