Response is seeking a Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join Papist Way in Wallingford.

You will lead shifts, manage medication, mentor staff, and support residents with serious mental illness in a trauma-informed, person-centred approach.

This permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week) offers training, career development and a range of benefits including DBS, 37 days leave, cycle to work, and wellbeing support.
