Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Data Migration Lead
Proven experience leading data migration workstreams within Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll implementation
programmes.
Demonstrable experience working directly with customer source-data teams where the customer owns legacy
extraction activities.
Experience completing multiple migration cycles from initial mapping through mock loads, validation, reconciliation,
defect resolution, cutover and final production load.
Track record of personally performing data preparation, file creation, load execution and troubleshooting in addition
to migration coordination.
Experience presenting migration findings, data defects
