Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, prototype and guide the delivery of solutions across multiple components that meet the needs of the user, comply with customer design principles and fall within Brand Guidelines. Lead and support both technical design processes and embed the culture of good user experience, whilst ensuring the solution remains fit for purpose, meets the business and system(s) requirements and is successfully transitioned into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Looking for strong Solutions Designer from the background of applications & integrations side (to be aware of REST, SOAP, Auth mechanisms, etc). Middle layer / API / Backend system integration / Basis Database and ETL knowledge. Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud and on-premises application hosting.
Customer level Solution Designers are below the Architects community and deal with different aspects. SDs typically bridge between the Architects (who create HLD/SDDs/etc) and the Developers. Experience of various software development methodologies.
Previous working experience in a Financial services, insurance, investments and/or pensions environment [essential/desirable/advantageous]. ITIL (v4) & COBIT awareness.
