Purpose of the role: ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architect (Data Architecture and CSDM)
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architect to lead a strategic data architecture engagement within one of the UK's most high-profile public sector organisations. This role is focused on transforming the ServiceNow platform into a trusted enterprise service management capability by establishing a robust data architecture, strengthening CMDB and CSDM maturity, and enabling future platform capabilities including AI, automation, Identity and Access Management, IT Asset Management and Enterprise Service Management.
Experience Required
- Significant experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture
- Proven CMDB transformation and implementation experience
- Proven CSDM transformation and implementation experience
- Experience designing ServiceNow data architecture
- Experience leading consultations on ServiceNow platforms
- Public sector or highly regulated industry experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing governance frameworks
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
