Key responsibilities include:

  • Translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process models.
  • Conducting gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining process maps, data flow diagrams, and business rules.
  • Supporting system integration, data migration, and testing (UAT and SIT) activities.
  • Engaging in regulatory compliance and market reform initiatives (e.g., Ofgem, Smart Metering, RIIO frameworks).
  • Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements validation sessions.
  • Working with technical teams to ensure solutions align with industry standards, customer experience goals, and business objectives.
  • Preparing documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Change Requests.
  • Supporting project delivery, risk management, and post-implementation reviews.
