We are seeking an experienced PAM Support Lead to deliver secure, stable, and highly available Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.

The ideal candidate will lead the support operations for the Delinea platform, ensuring the integrity and reliability of privileged access services.

What You'll Do Lead L2/L3 support operations for Delinea Secret Server, ensuring platform stability, adherence to SLAs, effective incident management, and timely issue resolution.

Ensure 24x7 availability and reliability of core PAM services, including remote access, password vaulting, and session monitoring.

Execute server build and lifecycle activities, including onboarding/offboarding assets and managing role associations.

Monitor system health and respond to availability alerts promptly.

Fulfill service requests, provide L2/L3 support, and escalate complex issues to vendor support as necessary.

Configure and maintain account discovery, vaults, password rotation, and approval workflows.

Administer and optimize Delinea authentication and authorization policies.

Maintain and support third-party integrations, including Splunk (SIEM) and Okta (Federation/MFA).

Manage disaster recovery capabilities, including invocation, failover/rollback, maintaining DR plans, and conducting periodic testing.

Collaborate with security, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders to define support processes, operational standards, and PAM roadmap priorities.

Mandatory Skills 8+ years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Hands-on experience supporting Delinea Secret Server, including account onboarding, discovery, password rotation, vault administration, and policy management.

Strong troubleshooting skills for Delinea platform issues, access failures, discovery jobs, connector configurations, and privileged session management.

Experience integrating Delinea with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM, ITSM, and IAM solutions.

Knowledge of PAM governance, audit support, access reviews, compliance reporting.
