Role Summary
We are seeking an Integration Analyst to support M&A integration activities involving Oracle HCM, ADP, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications. This role will work between business stakeholders and technical development teams to define integration requirements, document mappings, validate data, support testing, and assist with deployment activities.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting enterprise system integrations and data feeds and understands how employee, payroll, financial, and organizational data move between systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document integration requirements from business and technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping documents.
- Analyze data flows between Oracle HCM, ADP, ERP, and related systems.
- Identify data transformation and business rule requirements.
- Support inbound and outbound interface design activities.
- Coordinate with Integration Developers and OIC Developers during build activities.
- Prepare test cases and support integration testing and UAT.
- Validate data movement across systems and resolve reconciliation issues.
- Document data issues, gaps, and remediation plans.
- Support deployment readiness and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Track integration deliverables, dependencies, and defects through resolution.
Required Experience
- 3-5+ years supporting enterprise application integrations.
- Experience with source-to-target mapping.
- Experience supporting API, file-based, and system-to-system integrations.
- Strong understanding of data flows and data transformation concepts.
- Experience with integration testing and defect management.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience analyzing large data sets and identifying data quality issues.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle HCM Cloud.
- ADP integrations.
- Oracle ERP or other ERP platforms.
- HR, Payroll, or Finance integrations.
- Snowflake.
- Test scenarios and test results.
- Defect logs and issue resolution tracking.
- Deployment readiness support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This is a hands-on integration analyst who understands how data moves between enterprise systems and can work directly with developers, HRIS, Payroll, ERP, and business teams to ensure integrations are built, tested, and deployed successfully. Experience with Oracle HCM, ADP, and enterprise integrations is strongly preferred.
