Role Description
Enterprise Architect M&A, LeanIX & Integration
Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across business, application, data, and technology domains, aligning architecture with strategic business objectives.
Drive M&A architecture activities, including technology due diligence, application rationalization, target architecture, and post-merger integration.
Hands-on experience with LeanIX for Application Portfolio Management (APM), architecture repository, lifecycle management, and technology landscape analysis.
Define and execute integration strategies for newly acquired entities, applications, platforms, data, and technology ecosystems.
Assess current-state architecture and develop target-state and transition architectures to support transformation and integration programs.
Collaborate with business, technology, security, infrastructure, and integration teams to ensure scalable and standardized architecture solutions.
Evaluate application dependencies, technology risks, technical debt, TCO, and opportunities for consolidation and modernization. xgikmsk
Mandatory : Strong Enterprise Architecture experience with proven M&A, LeanIX, and end-to-end integration experience.
