· Lead L2/L3 support operations for Delinea Secret Server, ensuring platform stability, adherence to SLAs, effective incident management, and timely issue resolution.
· Ensure 24x7 availability and reliability of core PAM services, including remote access, password vaulting, and session monitoring.
· Execute server build and lifecycle activities, including onboarding/offboarding assets and managing role associations.
· Monitor system health and respond to availability alerts promptly.
