Consulting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Consulting Analyst to support the strategy, design, and execution of customer loyalty programs, in alignment with marketing technology (MarTech) capabilities and digital transformation goals. In this role, you will assist senior consultants in delivering client engagements, conducting research, analyzing customer data, and supporting MarTech platform implementation efforts.

Qualifications:

• 02 years of experience in marketing consulting, digital strategy, CRM, or related fields (internships included).
• Basic understanding of customer loyalty concepts and marketing technology.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with analytics tools or platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
