Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Designer with strong experience in ITSM modules, workflow automation, and Python scripting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow solutions
Key Skills:- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog)
- Experience in ServiceNow development, customization, workflows, and integrations
- Strong experience in Python development and scripting
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation
- Experience with CMDB, reporting, and dashboards
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL processes
- ITSM

- Design and develop ServiceNow ITSM solutions and workflows
- Develop Python scripts for automation and integrations
- Customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements
- Support Green IT initiatives by optimizing IT operations and resource usage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for implementation and support
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing ServiceNow applications
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development / Design
- Strong Python scripting and automation experience
- ITIL certification is a plus
