  • 2-3 years only Principal-level hands-on engineer delivering distributed, cloud-native systems
  • Deep expertise in Kubernetes, especially stateful applications

  • Solid background in Golang or Java services and service modernization
  • Experience with Kafka or similar distributed/streaming platforms
  • Solid background with Helm, Operators, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Strong understanding of failure modes, scaling, and data durability

  • Experience adapting legacy or non-cloud-native Java apps to Kubernetes
