Job Description
Own all campaign setup communications (assets, specs, trafficking, go-live)
Manage back-and-forth logistics tied to launch execution with customer
Send proactive weekly or bi-weekly performance updates
Prepare WIP decks and standardized campaign performance overviews
Flag delivery issues, underperformance, and quick-turn upsell opportunities
Execute basic optimizations based on trend analysis
Maintain campaign hygiene and internal documentation
Collaborate with AMs to route strategic feedback and escalate blockers
