We are recruiting reliable, experienced cleaners to work in schools across Leicester on short- to medium-term contracts. These roles require people who can turn up, work hard, and follow instructions in a school environment where standards and safeguarding matter.

Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, offices, and communal areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to a high standard.
- Cleaning and sanitising touch points and high-traffic areas.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
- Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly.
- Following school health & safety and safeguarding procedures at all times.
- Locking up and securing areas where required.
Person Specification
Essential
- Previous professional cleaning experience (school or commercial preferred).
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks to a high standard.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent β no excuses.
- Physically capable of manual cleaning duties.
- Basic understanding of health & safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in different school settings across Leicester.
