  • Stakeholder Engagement: You’re comfortable running workshops, leading conversations, and building strong relationships across departments. Your communication skills are top‑notch, whether you’re talking to the C‑suite or the claims team.
  • Documentation Skills: Writing BRDs, mapping processes, and performing gap analyses doesn’t faze you—you know how to produce clear, high‑quality documentation that everyone can understand.
