About the Role
They are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their engineering team. This role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and involves a balanced mix of reactive and planned maintenance activity within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of mixers, conveyors and packaging equipment
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Responding to machinery breakdowns efficiently
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring minimal downtime and smooth site operations
About You
The successful candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of planned and reactive maintenance. You will be flexible, proactive and possess a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG (preferred)
