We are looking for a Procurement Lead to deliver outputs for our client in the Rail industry, as set out below.

  • Work Stream
  • Market engagement strategy document, stakeholder briefing, supplier prospectus (already in progress)
  • Market engagement plan, RFI pack, market feedback summary
  • Supplier interactions logs, event materials, engagement tracking
  • Procurement design
    • Route to market options, market assessment, commercial model design, risk allocation framework
    • Write draft specifications, develop evaluation methodology, write procurement timetable, write supplier briefing materials
    • Prepare templates, maintain progress tracker, manage version control
  • Pre-qualification stage 1
    • Develop approach to short-listing, PQQ framework, stakeholder briefings, supplier comms strategy
    • Create PQQ and evaluation scoring matrix, supplier comms pack, evaluation panel coordination
    • PQQ publishing, supplier clarification log, evaluation support materials, document controls and tracking
  • Award stage
    • Develop approach to ITT framework, stakeholder briefings, supplier comms strategy
    • Create ITT and evaluation scoring matrix, supplier comms pack, evaluation panel coordination
    • ITT publishing, supplier clarification log, evaluation support materials, document controls and tracking
    • Award activities including, but not limited to, notification letters, contract award notice and contract details
    • Production of a redacted contract for publication purposes
    • Formalisation of the final contract and the execution process
