Business Trainer Role Requirements Working knowledge of M365 software applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication. Self-driven, motivated, organised and able to deliver against pre-agreed timelines. Oversee interdependencies and escalating/setting expectations if there is a risk to delivery. Able to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. Relevant experience supporting a business area or supporting a project. Familiar with a Learning Management System or One Bank Service. Essential Criteria Previous Training and Support experience Established experience in using and training on M365, specifically strong Sharepoint training experience Organised, self-driven and motivated. Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication. Strong administration skills. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
