Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting a newly created opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join a growing Learning Development function. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of learning operations—organising, coordinating, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees from onboarding through to ongoing development.

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating training sessions (virtual and in-person), including logistics, materials, and scheduling
  • Supporting onboarding, from IT setup to pre-training communications
  • Managing relationships with external training providers and suppliers
  • Maintaining learning platforms/intranet content and handling L&D queries
  • Producing and analysing learning data reports and dashboards
  • Supporting budgets, purchase orders, and L&D processes

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally experienced within an HR / L&D function at Coordinator / Administrator level
  • Technically strong - MS Excel including pivot tables, PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, structured approach (task, action, result)
  • Highly organised
