The predicted salary is between 32000 - 40000 Β£ per year.

Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office, 2 days from home)

Salary: Up to Β£50,000 + up to 12.5% bonus

Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

Spanish or Italian Language essential

Resourcing4HR are partnering with this FTSE 250 client who is actively recruiting an experienced Senior HR Advisor - EMEA to provide expert HR and Employee Relations support across multiple European countries. This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll partner with managers, manage complex ER cases and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across Europe.
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare clear recommendations and documentation.
  • Coach managers on best practice people management.
  • Support organisational change projects and policy implementation.
  • Ensure HR records and processes remain compliant with GDPR and employment legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations.

About You:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Fluent in Spanish or Italian.
