People Services Team Leader Home based – Fully remote (1 x month meeting at HQ) £40-£45,000pa Looking for an organisation that gives back to the communities they support? Our client, a recognised leading charity in their field, are looking to strengthen their People team and appoint a People Services Team Leader. The role reports into the Head of Recruitment and Administration and will have responsibility for a team of four People Administrators. This role is heavily focused on the operational administration aspects of HR and the HRIS data reporting that is key to supporting management decisions. It is essential that the team maintain high standards of HR administration to meet the legal and regulatory expectations of the organisation, with a specific focus on data accuracy, reporting and compliance.
