Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others? Join a leading charity in the care sector who are looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join their people-focused team to cover maternity on a 12 month FTC basis.
This role is ideally suited to candidates with experience delivering HR across multi-site environments. We are open to applicants from Retail Operations backgrounds who have taken on extensive HR responsibilities and hold (or are working towards) CIPD Level 5.

As HR Business Partner, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across approximately 250-300 employees and bank staff across 10 sites in North Hampshire and Surrey. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding a culture of engagement, retention, and continuous improvement within the organisation.
- Partner with operational leaders to deliver strategic and day-to-day HR support
- Coach and guide managers on complex employee relations issues
- Lead on employee engagement, retention, and change initiatives
- Use HR data and analytics to drive improvements and performance outcomes
- Mentor junior HR team members and act as an internal ambassador for people development
- Support recruitment, learning and development, and talent identification
- Ensure best practice and compliance with employment law and internal policy
Proven HR Business Partnering experience across multiple sites or experience in a senior Retail Operations role with strong HR responsibilities and CIPD Level 5.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong coaching, influencing and mentoring abilities
- Highly organised, flexible, and self-motivated
- Confident using data to inform decisions
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
