Interim ER Specialist 3 Month Contract £130 per day North Hertfordshire 5 Days On-Site working *** IMMEDIATE START *** Our client, a not for profit organisation, based in North Hertfordshire is actively looking for an Interim ER Specialist on a 3 month basis, to support a variety of ER issues and projects including restructures. The role is covering a long term sickness absence and as a result workload has built up and cases are needing some immediate attention. Alongside the day to day ER case handling of absence, grievances, disciplinary hearings and more, this role will support organisational restructuring, involving collective and individual consultations and potential redundancies.
