Resourcing4HR are hiring a Human Resources Manager based in Hemel Hempstead. Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Resourcing4HR are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full HR function and play a key role in shaping a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Location: Hemel Hempstead (office-based, 5 days per week)

Salary: £45,000–£50,000

Full-time or part-time (9:00am–3:00pm considered)

With a team of around 90 employees, this is a hands-on, stand-alone and varied role covering everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and payroll. You’ll be the go-to person for HR, ensuring our people feel supported while keeping us aligned with employment law and best practice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Acting as the main point of contact for employee relations
  • Driving engagement, culture, and policy development
  • Overseeing performance reviews and development plans
  • Managing payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Supporting managers and guiding the business on HR best practices
