Resourcing4HR are delighted to be recruiting a highly organised and detail-focused HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This role provides high-quality HR administration and coordination support across the employee lifecycle, as well as involvement in key HR projects, with a particular focus on supporting a casual workforce population. Working closely with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team, you will ensure accurate and timely completion of HR processes, maintain high standards of data integrity, and provide responsive support to front-line business queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across HR projects, including data collation, document review, and process support
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration across starters, changes, and leavers, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with audit and legal requirements
  • Support HR systems and payroll processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage casual worker data, onboarding processes, and system updates
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding, including liaison with third-party providers
