Head of HR - 3 Month FTC London (Central) | Hybrid across office and venue Full time or 30 hours per week across 4 days £55,000 - £60,000 FTE (pro rata) A three month FTC role has arisen for an experienced and values-driven Head of HR to join a leading organisation within the Performing Arts sector whilst they recruit a permanent Head of function.

This is a senior, hands-on role that combines strategic HR leadership with operational delivery, supporting a diverse workforce in a dynamic, creative environment.

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will play a critical role in shaping organisational culture, ensuring excellent people management, and embedding inclusive, compliant and effective HR practices across the full employee lifecycle.
