You'll join a supportive HR function consisting of an HR Director, two HR Business Partners and two HR Assistants, reporting directly to an HRBP. This is far more than a traditional HR administration role. You'll support the full employee lifecycle while gaining exposure to a wide range of HR activities and projects, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee lifecycle administration
- Payroll support
- HR systems and process improvement
- Policy and procedure support
- Vetting and compliance processes
- HR projects alongside the HRBP and HR Director
The business is particularly keen to meet candidates who are:
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified
- Genuinely passionate about developing a long-term career in HR
