Resourcing4HR are delighted to be working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced HR Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused HR role, providing trusted advice and support across the full employee lifecycle and partnering closely with managers across the UK business.
The Role:
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR and employee relations matters
- Manage ER casework including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability
- Coach and support Line Managers to confidently manage people matters
- Support organisational change including restructures, redundancies, consultation processes and TUPE
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and practical manager guidance
- Monitor HR data and trends, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Support HR projects, process improvements and wider people initiatives
- Ensure HR processes are managed consistently, accurately and in line with UK employment legislation
About You:
- Experienced HR generalist with strong UK employment law and ER knowledge
- Proven experience managing complex employee relations casework
- Practical experience of organisational change, restructures, redundancies and TUPE
- Confident coaching and influencing Line Managers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience
