Senior People Business Partner - 12 Month FTC (potential perm) Salary: open to discussion Hybrid: 2 days office / 3 days home working Location: Milton Keynes Resourcing4HR is delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the appointment of a Senior People Business Partner on a 12 month FTC basis with potential for a permanent role in the future. This is a key role within the People function, partnering with senior leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies, whilst remaining hands-on and close to day-to-day operational needs. The role will have a strong focus on strategic HR partnering, organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations and talent development, alongside coaching and supporting managers across the business. Key responsibilities include: Partnering with senior leaders on complex people and workforce challenges Providing pragmatic, hands-on HR advice and guidance Leading and supporting organisational change, restructuring and transformation Driving workforce planning, talent development and succession planning Managing complex employee relations matters and ensuring legislative compliance Using people data and analytics to inform decision-making Coaching and developing managers to improve people leadership capability Supporting culture, engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives Working closely with Talent, L&D and wider People teams Identifying opportunities to continuously improve People processes and service delivery About you: You’ll be an experienced HR/People Business Partner with a strong operational background and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on. You’ll ideally bring: CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience Strong HRBP and organisational design experience Proven experience of organisational change and transformation Strong employee relations and employment legislation knowledge Excellent coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills Experience of workforce planning, talent and succession A data-driven and commercially focused approach
