Looking for that next role, where you have full scope ofdelivery across the recruitment lifecycle? Reporting into the HRD, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK & Europe for this SME business.
The roles has the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, employer brand and candidate experience, through delivering a high performing service both internally to stakeholders and externally to the market.
You will have responsibility for:
- End-to-end recruitment across UK & EU
- Direct sourcing and talent pipelining for senior/hard-to-fill roles
- Coaching and partnering with hiring managers
- Managing agencies, job boards and recruitment spend
- ATS ownership, recruitment reporting and analytics
- Developing employer brand and candidate experience
- Driving improvements across recruitment processes and EDI
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ TA/recruitment experience
- In-house experience
- Strong direct sourcing skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- EU recruitment exposure would be advantageous
