Resourcing4HR is delighted to be partnering with a fast-paced, growing organisation to recruit a Head of People Experience.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this is an influential People leadership role combining operational excellence, senior business partnering and the leadership and development of an established People team.
The organisation has experienced significant growth, acquisition activity and change. It is looking for an experienced People leader who can strengthen the operational People service, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure the function remains responsive to the changing needs of the business.
This is not a purely strategic or hands-off leadership position. The successful person will be comfortable operating at senior level while remaining closely connected to day-to-day delivery, including complex employee relations, organisational change and manager capability.
The role:
Leading a team of approximately five People professionals, you will:
Lead, coach and develop the People Experience team, creating a supportive, collaborative and high-performing environment
Provide trusted, commercially focused People advice to senior leaders
Act as a senior technical point of guidance across complex employee relations and employment law matters
Ensure People services are delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with current legislation
Support organisational change, restructuring and integration activity
Lead workforce planning, organisational design and succession planning initiatives
Strengthen manager capability through practical coaching, guidance and development
Use workforce data and insight to identify trends, support decisions and measure impact
Work closely with Talent and Learning and Development colleagues to deliver joined-up People solutions
