The Role:
You will carry out maintenance and repair work on a range of heavy goods vehicles to a high standard. This includes vehicles from our franchise partners and other commercial makes. It's a chance to join a dynamic, growing company and take on a fresh challenge.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the service team to maintain and repair customer vehicles
- Fault-finding and diagnostics
- Maintaining workshop equipment to high standards
- Advising supervisors on reliability improvements and cost-saving measures
- Attending manufacturer training to stay current with industry standards
- Supporting health and safety compliance
- Performing other reasonable tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in HGV mechanical repair
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines independently
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Aware of health and safety requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic PC proficiency preferred
